Every season and every dish starts with a different potato variety. That’s why we partner with local farmers to select the best potatoes for our recipes. From potato pancakes and casseroles to oven-baked potatoes and crispy fries – everything is made on site, and each Pyrabar goes through up to 5 tons of potatoes every week!
